Our Repair Process
Initial Assessment: Once we receive your head unit or amplifier, we conduct a thorough inspection to determine the fault. You’re also welcome to bring your vehicle directly to our workshop for a free diagnostic check.
Diagnosis & Quotation: After the assessment, we’ll provide you with a detailed repair quote and estimated turnaround time. No repairs will begin without your approval.
Repair: For common faults, we stock frequently used chips and components to reduce repair time. We aim to complete most repairs within 3–5 working days after approval. In some cases—such as specific touchscreen models, we may need to order parts internationally, which can take around 10 business days for delivery.
Testing: Every repaired unit undergoes strict functionality testing to ensure stable performance and compatibility with your vehicle’s system.
Pricing & Warranty
Our repair pricing starts at $200, depending on the specific model, the nature of the fault, and whether replacement parts or chips are required. All repairs include a 90-day warranty covering the fault(s) repaired. If any issues arise during the warranty period, we will provide prompt support and resolution.
